About Us 

Thomas Carroll, Ph.D., has been teaching a variety of theory and statistics courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas since 1986.

His courses taught include the Seminar in Economics and the Law for third year law students at the Boyd School of Law at UNLV,  Economics of Discrimination, Principles of Microeconomic Theory, and Statistical Analysis.

He earned his Ph. D. in economics from Syracuse University in 1973. His dissertation is entitled, “Education and the Distribution of Income and Wealth among Individuals.”

Dr. Carroll is President and Chief Economist of Thomas Carroll and Associates, Ltd., which was incorporated in the State of Nevada in 1996. Before incorporation, Dr. Carroll operated as a proprietorship.

Regina Carroll (B.S., Education, Miami University, 1969)

is Secretary- Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. 

John Carroll recently graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Currently he is studying at the University of California, Riverside as a Chancelor Fellow where he will complete his Ph. D. studies in applied statistics. He is the Chief Statistician.

Katie Livingstone (B.S.B.A. in Economics, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, 2007)

 is an Associate Economist for Dr. Carroll.

Jennie Carroll (pending HS grad in 2008 June) is the

Economist's Daughter and office assistant.
