Thomas M. Carroll, Ph.D. has been a professor of economics at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada  (UNLV) since 1986.  He earned his MA (1972) and Ph.D. (1973) from Syracuse University.  Dr. Carroll is the President and Chief Economist of Thomas Carroll and Associates, Ltd.

Regina Carroll, B.A. is the Chief Financial Officer.
