Consulting Fees

Report Retainers*:

Lost Earnings Evaluation (Personal Injury/Wrongful Death/Business Damages/Wrongful Termination, etc.).........................................$3,500.00 Construction Defect................................................................$1,500.00

ANY report required within 2 weeks (10 business days) of retention is considered an Expedited Case.  An additional fee on top of the retainer will be applied to any Expedited Report................................................$1,000.00

Hourly Rates:

Dr. Carroll:          

     Regular Rate...........................................................$350.00 per hour

     Deposition Testimony (1 hour minimum).......................$450.00 per hour

     Trial Testimony (1 hour minimum)...............................$450.00 per hour

     Travel Time (1 hour miniumum).........................$350.00 per day- in city

                                                             $1,000.00 per day - out of city

Statistician’s rate..........................................................$100.00 per hour Data Collection..............................................................$50.00 per hour Data Entry, Clerical Assistance.........................................$50.00 per hour
