There are just 3 steps to begin an Economic Loss Evaluation:
1) contact our office; we will check for any conflicts of interest and draw up a contract agreement
2) return the signed contract agreement and the required retainer fee
3) send us any information or documentation regarding the case*
*We have questionnaires for different types of cases that we ask to be filled out by the attorney and/or client, and returned to us. This is the easiest way for us to collect all necessary information. Any official earnings documentation (1040, W2, etc.) would also be helpful for most evaluations.
